Gift Card - How it works

• The Gift Card is a voucher with a preset value of 25, 50, 0 100, - euro;
   
• Once you have purchased you will receive a proof of purchase, to be retained, with an indication of the amount loaded. By this time, the card will be valid for 12 months;
   
• The Gift Card is not nominative, therefore can be a great gift idea;
   
• After you have purchased and paid, will be sent via email to the purchasing code of the desired value, issue date, and expiration date. This document must be jealously preserved, as you will need to purchase the next;
   
• This email, which actually represents the “Gift Card” will be usable for 12 months from the date of issue, and can be used by “anyone” at the time of purchase on the site www.kokomamas.it and www.kokomamas.com when paying online;
   
• To know the balance of the Gift Card, click on the menu item “My Gift Card” that appears once logged in the site kokomamas;
   
• The GIft Card can be used for a purchase equal to or greater than the value of the preferred amount;
   
• The Gift Card is non-refundable cash for the amount specified;
   
• The title is issued to the bearer and is equivalent to cash if it is lost, stolen, or damaged, will not be refunded;
   
• Can not be attributed to kokomamas no responsibility for its misuse, theft, loss or damage;
   
• After the expiry date the Gift Card cannot be used nor the carrier shall be entitled to any form of refund of the remaining credit;
   
• Any claim relating to the use should be sent via email to the email address customer@kokomamas.com;
